Search
Find a home
Search by neighbourhood, price, type, and what the listing actually says.
How this search works
It queries the same board feed every agent sees, so the listings here are the listings. Nothing is held back, reordered to favour our own, or shown a day late.
Which filters are exact, and which are a best guess?
Price, bedrooms, bathrooms, municipality, neighbourhood, type of home, pool and open house are fields on the listing. Filtering on those is exact — nothing matching is left out and nothing that does not match creeps in.
Anything searching the description — finished basement, home office, ravine lot — is only as good as what the listing agent happened to write. A house can have a finished basement and never say so. Treat those as a shortlist to read, not a filter to trust.
Why does a neighbourhood I know not appear?
Neighbourhood names here are the listing board's, not the ones people use over the fence. The board files listings under its own community names, so those are the ones that filter correctly. Thornhill is the clearest example: everybody calls it Thornhill, and the board splits it between Markham and Vaughan — so typing it finds the neighbourhoods it is actually made of.
How current are these listings?
The feed updates through the day. A listing that sold this morning can still show for a few hours, which is true of every public listing site including the big ones. If something looks too good, ask — a two-minute check on the board tells us whether it is still available, and whether it was ever priced the way it reads.
Do I have to register to see prices?
No. Everything is visible without an account. If you want new listings matching a search sent to you, that needs an email address and you can stop it in one click — but browsing does not.
